Terms of Use of clocking.top

Welcome to clocking.top (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). Please read these Terms of Use ("ToU") carefully before using the Application.

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these ToU.

1. Use of the Application

Clocking.top is provided by PulsePeakSolutions (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider").
The Application is designed to record the start and end times of employees' shifts.
The supervisor has 'Manager' access.

2. Manager Access

The 'Manager' has the ability to modify records, add new employees, and manage company data.
Manager access is provided for a period of 28 days from the date of registration.
After this period, a fee will be required to continue using Manager access.

3. Fee

It is set at €2 per week payable in increments of 4 weeks with a decreasing rate.

• €8 for 4 weeks
• €21 for 12 weeks
• €36 for 24 weeks

4. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to use the Application in accordance with applicable laws and these ToU.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account and login credentials.
Any activity conducted under their account will be their sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Application and its content are owned by the Provider.
Use of the Application does not confer any intellectual property rights to the user.

6. Relationship between User and Provider

Use of the Application establishes a contractual relationship between the user and the Provider.
PulsePeakSolutions acts as an intermediary to provide access to clocking.top to users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Use of clocking.top is at the user's own risk.
In no event shall PulsePeakSolutions be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of clocking.top.

8. Changes to the ToU

PulsePeakSolutions reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time.
Users will be notified of changes via the Application or by any other means deemed appropriate.
Continued use of the Application after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Applicable Law

These ToU are governed by contract law.

By accepting these ToU, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions stated herein.
